It might look like something out of a Miyazaki movie but it’s as Canadian as a Nanaimo bar. And it turns heads as easily as it snaps necks. It is, of course, sowrie aboot it. [Details below]

  • Well they screwed us by taking away the 3 wheeler for being unsafe and then look another 3 wheeler. So I wonder what laws they bent to bring back this big red. Oh yeah and there Canned Ham keys suck harder then a toothless hooker. Hey Honda can we please have a brand new 250 big red again.

  • Well. . . I watch you're channel because I like the way you present things, but you were so negative on Can Am and the Ryker. How about looking at the F3 or the RT? I bought a 2014 RT Limited last October. I got the required training and license and I've ridden as much as I can in Colorado's winter and I love it. I could never ride a two wheeler. I'd kill myself and I know that. This is about as close as I can get to at two wheeler and I've been very happy with it. I think there is a market out there, particularly for older people (me), for the Spyder product, but they need to get pushy with the advertising. It's not perfect and I'd love if they would make some changes, but nonetheless, it's still fun and I'm still alive! I heard from a friend that they are common in Texas and Arizona. There are changes I'd love to see. For crying out loud, use a real key that I can keep on my key ring without fear that it's going to fall off. The second, go with an established company for the electronics. Everybody in the world is using Car Play or Android Auto. The maps from I've heard are better and the systems are more reliable than BRP is using and they are also everyday use around the world. As a closing note, I'm sure that every manufacture for bikes and other vehicles have had their dark moments and their successes and could be presented in the same manner. Hell, Harley Davidson apparently isn't doing well at the moment but, there are positives that should also be included.

  • Too Bad Can Am could not have lasted a few more years in dirt bikes and Motorcross.. Seems I saw an Interview with Marty Tripes who told how poorler the second or third year models handled and that unmagable power.. You forgot that BRP bought Evenrude and produced the direct injected two stroke snowmobile and out board motors..

  • I own a 2017 Cam-Am Spyder RT also a 2019 Spyder ST, to say I love them is an understatement. The amount of tech in these bikes is off the charts. The Rotax power plant is dependable as hell. Yes with the stock tires at 20 psi do cause the bike to feel "squiggly". The cure is good quality auto tires at 32 psi. A totally different world. Also with all the tech the bike has to use a belt drive to transfer power to the rear tire is a let down. I would and will buy another one. Your channel really is amazing. Keep up the good work bro.

  • The Problem with all these vehicles is that they are fun, but only for a while. These concepts are super cool to play with and ride for a day or even a week, but you will compare it to a motorcycle right away and after a certain time you will start to think "a bike would have done this better" or "I would have been faster on a Bike". So really, the only use I see for those is something like rentals, where you can rent obscure vehicles for fun.

I do own a 2016 Can-Am Spyder F3 Limited so I might be partial to the subject matter but, I don't think so because it has happened on at least one other F9 video that I can remember too. Maybe my neighbor is right and only pussies drive Can-Ams ;)

  • Too bad he didn't spend any time on the creation of the SPYDER.. for which without there would be no Ryker. His condescending tone takes a bit to get used to, seems like he's bashing BRP from the beginning. The Ryker is an entry level toy. The Spyder is a real motorcycle that you can put hundreds of thousands of miles on.

And he doesn't have to strap his walker thingy to the rack anymore. He has since graduated to using a cane. Thank you Can Am. Also, Jimmy Eliis championship winning Can Am is on display at the CT Motorcycle Museum in Rockville, CT. Scary to think of riding it today.

  • The year was 1974 . I was in my second year at high school. I had heard about the awesome power of the Can Am Rotax engine and I wanted one. I worked after school for months and saved every dollar. I bought a new, 1974 Can Am TNT 125 for $1065 and took it out for the first time to the grounds of my high school. The power was amazing! It had a plastic tank and fenders so it could handle abuse. I even bought the same shirt that Ryan wears in the video. When I turned 16 I licensed it and rode it to work. I loved that bike. It was unlike anything else in the market.
