  • Love your content! but please do not put graphite and dry glue in your lock! at some point it will make the pins in the cylinder stiff. cylinder maintenance spray is available from the locksmith for little money. with that a 10 year old cylinder / lock works like new again

  • We had a red ant mound in our driveway and all over the pastures. I blew the mounds up with fire crackers. Would step on them often as a kid. I guess it was kindof weird of me if i stepped on one i would go get the fireworks and wage war with the dirt mounds. if i had it to do again i would get a bucket of soapy water drill a tiny hole in the bottom and set on the mound entrances

  • Мне кажется идея с этими зеркалами была очень тонкой шуткой, что то вроде даже если diy работает, выглядет оно все равно ущербно. I think the idea with these mirrors was a very subtle joke, something like even if diy works, it still looks flawed

  • At 3:45, I use the same vinyl tubing except I use a heat gun to melt the end and then use pliers to seal the end till the vinyl cools. It keeps dirt out of the key sheath as well. I use this on my GiVi key so that I don't get the usual wear around my upper fork clamp.

  • Logical error with the last hack. You have to lay down your bike to remove the side stand, if you only have that. So you might end up with damages, which might end up costing more in the aftermath than calling a towing company or a friend to pick you up. Plus removing the tire can be difficult, when the bike it laying on the side.

    Kris HuskyKris HuskyPrieš 10 mėnesių
  • Instead of removing your kickstand every time you need more leverage, you could just add a 12" length of pipe to your kit. Just sayin'

  • I would be a bit nervous about removing my back wheel and kick stand as my cb500 does not have a center stand and I don't foresee this tire change ending well for my bike that is now laying on it's arse....or side...possibly leaking petrol miles away from a service station as I am attempting to change my tire kick stand....hmmmm this is something I hadn't considered until this moment.....

  • Sadistic little shits? Literally every kid I knew burnt ants every once in awhile. I met a fucking kid who had his fun by swearing frogs in a little mud hole filled with hundreds of frogs. I was so young I didn’t get that they felt pain because they didn’t scream. Non the less I was not down to play with him any more, a little later I realized how disturbed he must have been.

    • Graphite has a maximum hardness of 1-2 on the mohs scale. Heat treated steel is upwards of 7.5... which means it's impossible for pure graphite to scratch (or wear) steel. By the way, graphite IS a lubricant. If you have ever used "dry lube" before, it was likely graphite. If you don't know what you're talking about, you should probably not say anything...

  • Good day to all. May I suggest Houdini for ignition lubricant. After cleaning the tumbler with electrical contract spray, use Houdini spray to lubricate any tumbler. I’ve used this product to cure warning lights on old BMW and Mercedes ignitions and employ it routinely on our motorcycles. Houdini leaves no residual like graphite and upon investigation found Houdini is used by locksmiths everywhere. Not the cheapest but it works. Continued success with your F9 endeavor.
