  • As to starting a fire, its way easier to tire a little bit of rag to a stick and then dip it in the petrol tank, pull the spark plug lead off the spark plug. Use your spare spark plug, bit of wire or bare the insulation to create a spark by earthing the spark plug lead to the motor with the petrol dipped rag close to the spark. Crank the engine and hey presto, you have flame. This is way less intrusive for your motorbike.

  • It should probably also be mentioned that any of your tricks involving shorting your battery carry a healthy risk of explosion as well, so keeping your face clear and shielded is a good idea if you want to survive *and* keep your eyesight and minimize scar tissue as well. I have had a battery short VERY briefly and explode in my face and trust me it is not a fun experience. Great vid though, keep up the good work!

  • next time u ride. get a metal epoxy, extra engine oil, extra water(for engine)-incase youre radiator leaks. get handpump,+ tubeless tire fix. or put tyre sealant-incase u go flat. a portable jumpstarter(usb type) incase ur battery goes shit. and ultimately a cellphone. just text someone(if signal is available) if not. then freaking walk and find a signal.10km of jog is about 1hr. ypu can cover 30kms in 3hours.

From removing ticks from cats (and sometimes - unfortunately - humans), thru lighting campfires (or cigarettes, or pipes, as in my case), up to making roadside repairs to broken engines 👍
