A dollar per kilometre? Big whoop - even Uber can handle that soft challenge. Instead we put our cheap motorcycle through an epic off-road adventure with jumps, hill climbs, trails and rivers. The 1970 Suzuki TC-90 is up to the task… if we can get it running first.

Cool. On Cycletrader now looking for one.
Your vids are epic as always ...from UK
Anybody from BC knows where this is. A google search of the volcanic trail ride nets many results.
Nice work, wish i could find a bike like that! I do have a Honda Ruckus though ltworlds.info/home/vaizdo-ra-as/yIOXmciDdbGLdKg.html
Never doubt the old bikes. They aren’t as good as a modern dirtbike.... but people in third world countries all around the world ride them harder than most people ride their bikes
I suddenly want a tc90
4:01 did he just turn into James May for a moment there?
👍🏻🏴👍🏻🏴
snapping fingers applause man
Okay that was waaaaaay more legendary than I was prepared for, love your content!
Always lough to see this video, very similar with my 79 Yamaha L2s,just got for $370,very fun little bike,100cc,2stroke hahaha
i only have a learners so i bought a moped lol gonna be a delivery driver on my moped hahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaa
I'm inspired to buy a 2 stroke engine 😊
You have a philosophical way of expressing things bruv, you are awesome.. keep it up
production is high
Another great video, dump name, 49, but does great work
I want it
even tahat far out.. taggers still vandalize .. so sad .. and dont start with the crap about it beeing "art"
Where was this filmed?
I have been liking every video and sharing their videos to my friends. I don't know how to help them anymore. I really want to see them having higher views than anyone else here on youtube
The smartest thing to do when going up the mountain on an old bike is to do exactly what he did, making sure it starts. Should be good enough.
The editing is better then Super Bowl commercials
Love the music and production. I had an old tc when I was young. Paid $50 for it and traded it for a yamaha ct-1 when I got a year older. Couldn't kill either one of them. That was 50 years ago.
This is why inlove 2 strokes: the sound, the power compared to 4 stroke, and that they start in under 4 kicks when cold
This is my third non consecutive time watching this video because it’s just so gosh darn good! Ryan, Aneesh, anyone else at fortnine who contributed you have forever earned my respect
My first real bike was a 1971 Yamaha DT100 2 stroke. This video reminded me of that bike. Wonderful production values.
Ryan, I grew up in Beaconsfield Quebec and my first bike was a TS90. I have always noticed your TC 90 hanging in the background. Great memories riding with my best friends, one who lives in Halifax but now we both have a BMW 1200 gs. 67 years old and still having fun. Keep up the great work.
Loved it so many memories.70 this year still riding every day on my Honda farm bike. On any Sunday I might go for a ride on my Fury or BMW F650 GS ,still got the bug. Gazza Texas Australia.
Greetings from Kaliningrad! Suzuki TC-90 is a Thing! Downshifts are a super solution. Привет из Калининграда! Suzuki TC-90 это Вещь! Пониженные передачи Супер решение.
I love these videos- funny and with great production. The bike - I bought mine off a mate in 1989 to ride to work ... complete load of rubbish but it kept going, somehow. I’ve owned plenty of bikes since but that bike was the most likely to inspire hope over common sense :-)
I love that you did this.
Genius!!
Nice Videos may you can make more repair Videos for beginners to learn the basics 👍
This is what happen when Quentin tarantino love motorcycle
Looks like a fun journey on a neat old bike! That high/low trans is interesting.
Already past and still yet to come? Huh?
ah man, this is a fantastic video! everybody can ride a new bike, a few can manage an old one
Not sure but I think trail sprockets were available that made those bikes great trail bikes. The 125cc had a dual range trans that gave you 8 not change on the fly speeds. Bikes like that were used to race in the deserts of So. Cal. Combat Wombats and such.
I guess I'd better watch the whole video before commenting. There were some great trail bikes in the late 60's and early 70's.
Wow, that’s deep
This video made me almost WANT this bike!
Reminds me of my Suzuki 100 Gofer. I really enjoyed that bike in Montreal city traffic. Not on the open road though.
The cinematography and story boarding is amazing
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve watched this video
Amazing how much he looks like Charlie sheen. Lol
Very nice brother thanks from India
The sound of that old 2-stroke engine... music to the ears
Voice=James Bond ™
I'd say: ktm 250 freeride would be the contemporary equivalent concept.
The driving video in the mountains is so touching. From South Korean LTworldsr Woongkham.
You would have to pay way more than £400 for that in the UK. 😥
And where would you ride it?
this was inspirational, gonna make a video "20$ bike, 20km adventure"
Just have to pint out how badass it is to not even replace the gear shifter peg. Bravo!
Point
Your shows are great keep up the good work. Peace ✌
Dunno what this was but I liked it
Is that Harrison Lake??
I love this episode!
dude you are getting me back into riding and im going crazy I need a bike NOW. gonna pick up a TW 200 soon
0:30 Mission Start in Goldeneye 64
If only you made this video 7:06 minutes long , you could have had a $400 bike go 400 km in 400 seconds 😉 😆
Enjoy that maple syrup, you earned eh!
You guys are hands down the best at this motovlogging thing!
Amazing! But something tells me you need a Royal Enfield Himalayan in your life.
That poor old 2-smoker did you proud, now you should repay it with a new top end (and crank seals perhaps?) and fix that transmission. I think everyone can relate to an old small 2-stroke like that gem. Good times.
Glad he didn't buy a $400 bike then throw $600 dollars of parts and still cll it a $400 bike
This was both poetic and nostalgic to me. Pure awesomeness.
We don't deserve this level of production for free
I think your front brake is dragging. Every time it came off the ground on your hill climb it stopped turning.
beautiful
test a simson (s51) moped thats a old german moped thats very reliable
What kind of person dislikes these videos. Fantastic stuff Ryan !!!
Go 1000 km
Can you do more videos of this little bike?
my 400$ bike stand for 2 years about 3000km
ringdingding ringdinging..
how is this channel so good!?
Hey kid, watch out for bears. That's a great nice small bike. I guess you did a good deal for 400.00 bucks. I love that little one.
Ahhh thos reminds me of my 1970's Kawasaki kv100 i had as a kid..hi/lo gearbox 2smoker...bring back the dual ratio box!!!!
i just found this video, i had the same bike growing up an when i watched this it pretty much made tears run from my eyes, thank you for doing this man.
Can I buy this bike from you ? Lol I’m looking for a cheap bike to learn on
In my country they will sell this bike for €2000 Euro
The way this video was produced, your writing style..etc. just earned my sub. Bravo!
but that motorcycle is 3 times better than a chinese 3000 U$D motorcycle nowadays
The quality of your videos is amazing. Can't stop watching.
No, thank you, I do infrequent 2,400 mile road trips Once on a Yamaha TW-200 with a top speed of 45 mph. To California and back. Nothing less, please. My stable now has a Suzuki DR-650SE for those long rides. Have +50K odometer miles combined with both. Street legal and off-road. The TW-200 was a safer ride on ice and snow.
Want more of this? Check out www.reliabilityrally.com
It has no first gear but it goes up to eleven.
The storytelling is soooo good!!
My FortNine TC90 sweatshirt arrived today. Totally psyched !!! Nobody understands but me and that's okay.
"ALL THE TACOS - 100%"
I Wanted A TS-90 So Bad But Had To "Settle" For A Trail 70. If You're Old Enough To Remember Watching 'On AnySunday' At The Theatre, You'll Know Where I'm Coming From . . .
This is some quality content!
You didn't allow nearly enough shots of you in that spring!
That bike is peak aesthetic
Moral of the story: Yeah, the bike is an old piece of crap and you will spend time fixing it, but once you get to know its quirks it will get you there, and although the other riders will poke fun at you and the bike, you will be there with them, instead of being at home wishing you were with them.
Where is this ride? Is this Pemberton?
can i buy that bike off u
In my country, Argentina, Suzuki still sells a brand new 2 stroke motorcycle, the AX100, at least visually it's practically identical to this tc90
How in the heck did you do 400km on that midget bike? I am taking my courses in a Honda rebel and my legs cramp up because my knees are les I g against my spin when my boots are on the pegs! And I am at least 5 inches shorter than you! Legendary as usual!
Are these the same guys who produced Planet earth series??
